WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Brad Finstad (MN-01) released a statement following today’s passage of H.R. 1968, the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025, legislation that extends government funding through the end of the fiscal year:
“Congress has a fundamental obligation to keep government open, operating, and responsive to hardworking taxpayers. Today, the House voted to fund the government with a clean CR, maintaining government operations without increasing the spending of taxpayer dollars, while keeping essential services open and available for the American people. I supported today’s extension that provides a path to long-term stability.”
