Help With a Federal Agency

Congressman Finstad’s office can help you work through an issue you may have with a with a wide variety of federal agencies. The Congressman's staff acts as a liaison between you and the federal government - cutting through the red tape of bureaucracy - and can often help you answer questions, resolve problems, and find resources.

The Congressman's office cannot ask an agency to circumvent its rules, change a decision that is already final, or guarantee a positive outcome for you. However, Congressman Finstad and his staff can make inquiries about the status of your situation and ensure that your case is being handled appropriately.

The Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a) requires that Members of Congress or their staff have written authorization before they can obtain information about an individual's case. For assistance, please fill out the form below by clicking the button and entering your personal information and a member of my staff will contact you.

We must have your signature to proceed with this type of request. You will review, print, and sign the document after it's generated from the information you enter below.

*Be advised that the digital privacy release form will timeout after 30 minutes. Please gather all necessary information prior to filling out the form. You will receive a confirmation email after completion.
