ROCHESTER, MN – Congressman Brad Finstad (MN-01) joined the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition for a roundtable in Rochester to discuss how strategic investments in diplomacy and international assistance strengthen our national security, expand opportunities for Minnesota agricultural producers, and showcase the best of American values around the globe. The Q&A session brought together representatives from Minnesota businesses, agriculture groups, and nonprofit organizations, as well as leaders in the local community. Congressman Finstad released a statement following the roundtable, saying:
“I believe America’s strength comes not only from our military, but from our economic opportunity, our social fabric, and hardworking farmers, miners, loggers, and innovators who strengthen our country and extend its influence around the world,” said Rep. Finstad. “Investments in international assistance and diplomacy are a key part of that strength—helping Minnesota businesses and farmers reach new markets, create jobs, and compete globally while making our state and nation safer and more prosperous.”
