Following reports of the Federal Bureau of Investigation searching autism treatment centers in St. Cloud and Minneapolis after finding “substantial evidence” of fraud connected to the state-funded Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention program, the Minnesota Republican delegation released the following statement:
“Unfortunately, this situation has become the norm under Governor Tim Walz. Minnesotans’ tax dollars meant to help the vulnerable are being stolen by fraudsters with little to no oversight from the Governor’s office or the DFL trifecta. Minnesotans deserve answers,” said Representatives Brad Finstad (MN-01), Tom Emmer (MN-06), Pete Stauber (MN-08), and Michelle Fischbach (MN-07).
